Join us for the 2nd Annual Taste of Golf where we'll be putting the 'country' in country club! We have gathered local chefs from the area’s country clubs, resorts, and restaurants. The event will be western themed, with each chef preparing some good ol' home cookin'. Featuring chefs from Cape Fear Country Club, Country Club of Landfall, Eagle Point Golf Club, River Landing Country Club, and Chef Eric from MegaCorp Logistics.

Thursday morning music club meets at 10:30 on the second Thursday Oct. - May. Our upcoming meeting will feature Beverly Andrews and the Classical Carolina trio in the lovely chapel at first Presbyterian Church. Reception will follow.

The Pender Sheriff's Charitable Foundation's Denim and Diamonds Annual Auction and Dinner will be held May 9th at the Old Homestead Farm in Rocky Point. The gala will raise funds for AEDs (automated external defibrillators) for patrol cars so that deputies can access this life-saving technology in an emergency. Tickets are $75 each and can be purchased at pscfnc.org under the Events tab.

Proceeds help support the many Kiwanis service projects for the children of our community.

The Cape Fear Wine + Food Experience brings together the best chefs in our region and wines from around the world to highlight their work and offer patrons a unique weekend event like no other in our area.. Attendees will explore and experience a variety of wine and food throughout GLOW’s state of the art campus while enjoying live entertainment and exploring silent auction items. Guests will also be able attend our Grand Auction and enjoy bidding on exclusive live auction items, all supporting the Girls Leadership Academy of Wilmington (GLOW Academy) and Spark Academy.

Join us for an evening filled with incredible concert performances by Violinist Danijela Žeželj-Gualdi and Pianist Paolo André Gualdi.

All proceeds will benefit the Temple of Israel and the TOI Music Fund.

The British Motor Club of the Cape Fear (BMCCF) is once again proudly partnering with the Scottish Society of Wilmington and the Port City Highland Games benefiting paws4vets assistance dog placement program. paws4vets provides customized assistance dogs to veterans, service members, and their dependents.

Each car show registration includes two complimentary passes to the Port City Highland Games ($40.00 Value). Additional Highlands Games’ passes are available in advance or at the gate. Don’t miss the Pipe Bands, Heavy Athletics, Dancing, Food, Beer, and Merchandise.
