Cape Fear Latinos, a grassroots nonprofit organization based in Wilmington, NC, is proud to announce ourFourth Annual Cape Fear Latino Festival, taking place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the LiveOak Bank Pavilion in Wilmington, NC. We invite you to join us as a sponsor for this growing celebrationof culture, community, and connection.Last year’s festival welcomed over 5,000 visitors, featuring entertainment from across North Carolina andlaunching Wilmington’s first-ever Latino parade. The event had a powerful economic impact on dozens ofsmall businesses and nonprofit organizations in attendance, while also showcasing the strength, talent, anddiversity of the Latino community in our region.Cape Fear Latinos works year-round to provide essential services to the Latino population, includingreferrals for legal aid, food and rent assistance, employment-seeking assistance, emergency housingsupport, and outreach events. The festival is not just a celebration, it’s a vital tool for communityempowerment and access to life-changing resources.

Adult Story Hour is a six-week series of once-weekly events held at Azalea Station in Wilmington’s Cargo District. Modeled after NPR’s Selected Shorts, each evening features local authors, artists, and entertainers reading short pieces they love (but didn’t write) to a live audience. With great drinks, follow up panel discussions, and nearby delicious dining options, it's a great night out for anyone who enjoys stories.
Featured speakers are:Rhonda Bellamy, Nina de Gramont, John Jeremiah Sullivan, Anita Thomas, Zach Hanner, and Celia Rivenbark.

Countdown to Cabaret & CabernetBrunswick Little Theatre’s 2025 Gala!
WHAT: Dancers are rehearsing high kicks, the silver is polished and the table is set---for you! WHO: We invite you to join us for our Cabaret & Cabernet night club show. There will be wine, desserts, raffles and much more. BLT is a volunteer, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to create appreciation of performing arts in greater Brunswick County.
