We are delighted to announce that Joy Reid will be in Wilmington, NC. We have the pleasure to hear from her about her book Medgar and Myrlie. A love story that evolved during the civil rights movement. We will be moved, inspired, and enlightened through the love of literacy and truth. Between the hours 5:00-6:00PM the private meet and greet begins, and 6:30PM we start the book chat and signing. This is an opportunity to create precious memories, learn, and be in good company.
We need Joy as we need air. We need Love as we need water. We need each other as we need the earth we share.Maya Angelou
