Plan to wear clothing that can get a little dirty while exploring outside.
Guests will meet at Pour Taproom (201 N. Front St.) and then depart with their treasure map on a walking team scavenger hunt through historic downtown Wilmington where you will use your mind and feet to follow clues, solve puzzles, and crack codes to find and unlock the treasure chest!
The hunt involves walking up to 2 miles in total and will take place rain or shine, so long as the weather does not become dangerous. The hunt typically takes about 60 minutes to complete.
Children under 10 years old are welcome to participate for free with the purchase of an Adult ticket.

Under the shade of the Magnolias and Oaks of Historic Poplar Grove is one of Wilmington’s longest running Farmers’ Markets. Stroll the grounds, order a specialty coffee or icy cold lemonade and shop for farm fresh fruits, vegetables, plants, flowers, food and beverages of all types as well as artisan crafted goods. We are family and dog friendly. The 1850’s manor house is open for tours on the hour and the lower grounds are free to visit including the basket gallery, agricultural museum and the stables. The market runs every Wednesday from 9-1 from May 15th until September 25th for the 2024 season. Poplar Grove is a non-profit organization dedicated to Education, Conservation and Preservation.
