Monday morning, the New Hanover County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to approve a $3 million economic development grant to Corning Incorporated to expand its facility in Wilmington. Wilmington City Council will hold a similar hearing to invest $2 million in the same proposal Tuesday night.
