Scotopia 2026 presents its' collection of fully produced, one act plays 'SCOTOPIA SHORTS.' Scotopia Shorts is an eclectic mix of hand picked, new theatre, that asks meaningful questions about the world around us.

March 14th at 7 pm: Justin Lacy opens with music for Scotopia Shorts

March 15th at 2 pm: Karola Luttringhaus opens Scotopia Shorts with their movement piece 'What's a Woman, Beth?'

March 17th at 10:30 am: Scotopia Shorts

March 18th at 8 pm: Karola Luttringhaus opens Scotopia Shorts with their movement piece 'What's a Woman, Beth?'

3/20 at 7 pm: Meghan Cooke opens with comedy for Cornelia: Confessions from a Cage. Afterwards audience members enjoy a live karaoke band and party
3/21 at 2pm: Allon Nir opens with comedy for Cornelia: Confessions from a Cage
Cornelia by Chloe Mason is a monologue comedy piece that exhibits the playwright's experiences during the life of her childhood guinea pig. It showcases a teenage girl's self-preservation and the bond between a child and a pet.

Inspired by little-known historical events; this neo-folktale explores the inter-generational wealth, power, and privilege of an American family—ill-gotten gifts that must be passed down. Followed by Sheme of Gold party with his electronic, hip hop, fusion music.

Suicidal Tendencies by Kimmee Dee follows menopausal writer, Olivia, as she workshops her suicide note at a writers group.
Never You Mind by Marie Marrianan explores the relationship between an elderly mother and her adult son and how interance plays a role in familial bonds.
Hysteria by LadyFolk Productions (Jesslyn Wilson & Meghan Cook) is an absurdist dramady that explores women’s health and treatment throughout history.

Oak Grove by MoB Theatre is a developing documentary piece that dives into the history of a mixed-race cemetery destroyed by a city’s rapid development. Hear the new script from Darius Montel Buckley, and be apart of the workshopping process. Afterwards, let's enjoy a Scotopia Wrap Party with music from rock band, Noisy by Design!
