Join us on beautiful Bald Head Island, NC for an unforgettable in-person experience. Dive into a weekend filled with good vibes, wellness activities, and connecting with awesome people. Whether you're into yoga, Pilates, fitness, or just looking to relax and recharge, this festival is your go-to spot for mind, body, and soul rejuvenation. Come flow with us and feel the good energy all around!
From May 1–3, 2026, Bald Head Island becomes home to a multi-day gathering devoted to movement, mindfulness, restoration, and meaningful connection — featuring beloved local practitioners alongside inspiring voices from across the region.
Ebb & Flow was created to celebrate what this island has always done best: invite people to arrive fully, breathe deeply, and leave feeling changed. As we mark our tenth year of ownership at Island Retreat, we wanted to honor the community that has grown here — while opening the doors to new collaborations and shared experiences beyond our shores.
Over three intentional days, guests will flow between ocean-air yoga sessions, guided meditation, immersive workshops, thought-provoking conversations, spa-inspired rituals, and moments of simple joy in between.
It’s not a conference.
It’s a reset.
