Burn at the Barrel is back for round two.
Liftin with Kristin (LWK) and Leaf & Barrel are teaming up on Saturday, September 27 at 9:30 a.m. for a one-of-a-kind outdoor workout in the Leaf & Barrel courtyard in Hampstead, NC.
This 45-minute full-body strength workout will feature kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and kegs used as equipment. All fitness levels are welcome, and parking is available on site.

Cape Fear Fencing Association 6 week beginning fencing class starts October 6th at 6:30 pm in the basement of the Tileston gym, 5th and Ann Streets. Class will meet for approximately 1 hour on Mondays and Wednesdays. Students should wear loose fitting clothing and sneakers. Appropriate for ages 8 - 80. Cost is $60 plus a $34 membership to USA Fencing (purchased on usafencing.org) good until July 31, 2026. Taught by Internationally accredited instructor.
