WILMINGTON, NC — Thalian Association Community Theatre (TACT) proudly presents the 9th Annual Divine Divas fundraiser: Legends & Icons, a spectacular one-night-only musical revue and benefit gala. The event will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at The Terraces on Sir Tyler.
This year’s theme, "Legends & Icons," celebrates the timeless music of legendary artists and their signature songs, performed by some of Wilmington’s most talented local artists. More than just a concert, Divine Divas is an "Unforgettable Night on the Town" designed to support TACT’s main stage productions and vital youth education programs.
An All-Inclusive Evening of Arts & Advocacy
Attendees will enjoy a full evening of entertainment and luxury, including:
? Gourmet Dining: A fabulous dinner catered by Christi Ferretti and Pine Valley Market.
? Signature Drinks: Complimentary wine and beer, plus a cocktail cash bar.
? Live & Silent Auctions: Unique items and experiences up for bid to support the arts.
? World-Class Revue: A high-energy musical production featuring Wilmington's finest performers.
Proceeds from the evening directly fund community theatre productions at historic Thalian Hall and Youth Theatre shows at the Hannah Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center. Specifically, the event bolsters Thalian Youth Theatre, providing scholarships, education outreach, and performance opportunities for the next generation of North Carolina artists.
"Divine Divas has become a cornerstone of our fundraising efforts," says Susan Habas, Executive Director of TACT. "It is a night where the community comes together not just to enjoy incredible music, but to ensure that the arts remain accessible and vibrant for every child in the Cape Fear region."
Tickets for the event are $107 (plus handling fees) and are available now at thalian.org or by calling 910-251-1788.
Sponsorship opportunities ranging from $500 to $3,000 are still available for businesses and individuals looking to champion the arts. Sponsors receive premium benefits, including event recognition and ads in TACT’s 2025-2026 season programs.
