Early voting begins October 16 and runs through Saturday, November 1. The main early voting site is the Northeast Library; additional sites open later. Early voting sites:
- Northeast Library — Opens October 16, closed October 18 and 19.
- Carolina Beach Town Hall — Opens October 25
- Senior Resource Center — Opens October 25
- CFCC McLeod Building (downtown Wilmington) — Opens October 25
