Founded in 2010, NOTCH Brewing was the first brewery in the United States to focus exclusively on session beers. The brewery's name comes from the notch made on coasters to keep track of your tab in European beer halls.

With locations in Salem and Boston, Notch beers are based on classic session styles from the Czech Republic, Germany, England, and Belgium. The brewery is well respected brewery in the lager and ale world, and Notch was the first brewery in the US to import Lukr side-pull faucets and continues to curate a true, old-world approach to both beer making and beer service.
