The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association presents Taste of Home - A Wilmington Progressive Dinner About this event Welcome to Taste of Home, the inaugural progressive dinner event of the Wilmington Parade of Homes! See a unique evening tour of some of the finest new homes in beautiful River Bluffs—the Featured Community of this year’s Parade of Homes—while enjoying heavy hors d’oeuvres (vegetarian options available!) catered by Middle of the Island with drink pairings by Wilmington Brewing Company. Each of the six homes on the tour will feature one dish, one wine, and one beer for a diverse sampling of homes and cuisine to delight both your sights and your palate. Luxurious shuttle buses will run continuously throughout the community to take you from home to home before dropping you back at the General Store in Davis Square to indulge in hand-dipped Hershey’s Ice Cream for dessert. Finish off the evening by perusing the Artisan Market featuring local makers and live music. Early bird ticket pricing will be available March 1st-March 31st at $65 each. Starting April 1st tickets will increase to $75 each. Tickets for this event are limited. Don't miss out! A portion of proceeds from this event will benefit Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry (WARM). When purchasing tickets, the time slot you choose will be your arrival window. You will not be admitted before this time, but once you arrive during your designated time block, you may stay as long as you need until the event ends at 9:30pm. The last group of attendees will be admitted at 8:30pm.
