Speak Ya Peace NC presents Poetry, and mixed mic @theArtWorks. During the month of June we celebrate Fathers, brothers, and the men in our lives. Join us for spoken word and live music in CAM’s reception hall with Speak Ya Peace NC. The mission of Speak Ya Peace NC is to reach hearts and minds and create effective dialogue within the community through artful interpretation. Through Artistic expression we bring fourth what Juneteenth means, and what parts of History still need change. This event is for the community, and we allow for audience, and artist an opportunity to Speak there Peace on subjects that reach home and affect us all. It's a celebration of authentic truths.
