Continuing Wilmington Water Tours’ commemoration of the United State’s 250th anniversary, join Dr. Chris Fonvielle, Professor Emeritus in the Dept. of History at UNCW as he discusses the decline of the British Empire after the French and Indian War in 1763 and the rise of a great nation by 1887.
