It's a Deutschland Tap Takeover: dedicating a full day to our overseas friends with a rotating selection of lagers, ales, ciders, and more.

Although Germans did not invent beer, they certainly perfected it. German monasteries have been producing beer for consumption since the end of the first millennium in the year 1000. The beer-producing monasteries were predominantly located in Southern Germany, and many of them are still around today.

Beer has been a global product since the beginning of the agricultural revolution, but Germany has set global standards for distinct types of beers as well as quality.

To celebrate the history of German beer alongside the Oktoberfest holiday season, Fermental hosts a full tap takeover with multiple beer styles and breweries. Accompanied by food trucks throughout the day and live music to complete the night, this tap takeover is a full day devoted to some of the best names in authentic German beer.
