An attorney, Ms. Gavin represents Sierra Club at the NC General Assembly. She will provide a summary of the major environmental policy accomplishments and challenges this past year and a preview of the coming year, including the Farm Act’s impact on hog farm biogas plans and the recently enacted Energy Bill.
