17th Annual Port City Music Festival
Presenting the 17h Annual Port City Music Festival from June 1 - 8, 2025. Continuing the festival’s commitment to the highest quality performance and mission of making great music accessible to all, this season includes several events - chamber music performances and community masterclasses - all free admission and open to the public.
Led by Music Director and cellist Dr. Stephen Framil, the 2025 season features returning festival artists - violinist Gared Crawford (Opera Philadelphia), violist Sarah Sutton (international soloist), mezzo-soprano Kyle Engler (Washington Opera), oboist and Dean Stephanie Caluder (University of North Carolina Wilmington), and pianist Daniel Lau (Washington Adventist University). The concerts include works by Beethoven, Brahms, Dvořák, Mendelssohn, Schubert, Sibelius, Stanford, among others.
The 17th Annual Port City Music Festival is made possible by the Landfall Foundation, Arts Council of Wilmington, North Carolina Arts Council, Camerata Philadelphia INC, SSP International LLC, and the generous support of individual donors.
