UNCW OctubaFest
OctubaFest is an annual outreach concert sponsored by the UNCW Music Department, featuring tuba teachers and students from the university, community colleges, and high schools throughout the Cape Fear region. With special guest performers, the program includes soloists performing a range of contemporary and classical selections along with a tuba-euphonium ensemble playing marches, polkas, and pop music.
