The Wilmington Choral Society: Seasons of Celebration 75 Years in Harmony
The Wilmington Choral Society, the city’s oldest community choral ensemble since its founding in 1950, joyfully invites the public to a grand 75th Anniversary Concert on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at The Wilson Center. With more than 90 passionate singers under the direction of Jennifer Mueske and collaborative pianist Sheryl Tjon, this concert promises a rich program blending sacred and secular works—featuring selections like Irving Berlin’s Christmas, Baby It’s Cold Outside, Hallelujah Chorus, Ose Shalom, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, and more—to honor the chorus’s enduring legacy in the Cape Fear region. As part of our mission to engage, educate, and support the greater community through song, we welcome longtime patrons and new audiences alike to join us in celebrating this milestone. Tickets are available through The Wilson Center and the Wilmington Choral Society website.
