• Reuben Pizza: Thousand Island base pie topped with a blend of mozzarella, Swiss & provolone cheese, corned beef, & sauerkraut. Finished with rye breadcrumbs & flaky salt.

• “Four Leaf Clover” Specialty Flight: 1 “Red Velvet” – Export Stout & Stem Cider | 2 "Irish Coffee" – Counter Culture Coffee Baltic Porter with whipped cream & nutmeg | 3 “Luck of the Irish” – Bright green cocktail made with pineapple juice, peach schnapps, Jameson, & seltzer | 4 Pour of Jameson | Additional / 5: any beer on tap or the seasonal Irish Red Ale!

• Irish Red Ale: a deep red easy-drinking beer has tasting notes of graham cracker, tea leaves, & almonds. This will be tapped on Sunday, March 16, though you can sip it as a flight add-on Friday & Saturday. This beloved beer is LIMITED, so get a pint while it lasts!

• Export Stout – Most beer drinkers are familiar with the Dry Irish Stout, popularized by a certain brewery in Dublin. The Export Stout is a somewhat bigger version of this beer made to survive oceanic travel, yet still retain the dry, roasted flavors of the original without being too sweet or cloying.
