Operating aboard Battleship NORTH CAROLINA, the Azalea Coast Amateur Radio Club will again participate in the annual Museum Ships Weekend. The Battleship's callsign is NI4BK. HAM operators may contact the ship via voice, digital or Morse code. Sponsored annually by the Battleship NEW JERSEY Amateur Radio Club, the event includes 63 museum ships worldwide with HAM radio operators aboard, ready to make contacts with other ships' HAM operators. For confirmation of your contact with the Battleship NORTH CAROLINA, send a QSL card with a size 10 envelope and SASE to P.O. Box 4044, Wilmington, NC 28406. HAM operators working at least 15 different ships are eligible for a certificate from the NEW JERSEY club. http://www.nj2bb.org/museum/.
