IT'S A HOP HARVEST HOOTENANNY
Friday 09.05 · 11am -11pm
Humulus Lupulus, a flowering perennial, is the main character within all hop-driven beers. This climbing bine from the cannabaceae family produces an ingredient used in the majority of all beer production: HOPS.
Certain beer recipes involve a greater percentage of hops throughout the brewing process (IPA), resulting in unique elements of pine, herb, citrus, and floral notes accompanied by a refreshingly bitter finish.
These hop-heavy beers have evolved over the years, becoming some of our nation's most popular varieties, as well as a favorite for Fermental and many of our beer drinking friends.
Join fellow hop-heads and bluegrass buddies in majestic union as we raise our glasses and stomp our feet to honor the mighty Humulus Lupulus.
