Sister Cities as part of the early semiquincenntial activities is hosting a preview of David Garrigus' documentary film "The American Constitution." Dr. David Houpt, UNCW history professor and author will also be present to discuss the context of the film from a historical perspective. The event is free and open to the public. Light refereshments will be served.
