Bird Island Coastal Reserve Stewards lead a nature walk on Bird Island beach. The stewards present the history, sea turtles, sea shells, ecology, birds and the Kindred Spirit Mailbox during the walk. Walk is approximately 3 miles round trip. Walk as far and as long as you like. Bring sun protection and water for this free, nature loving exploration of NC southern most beach.
