It's that time again-the Landfall Foundation is holding its 17th annual Art Show & Sale. Foundation Board president Marilyn Gunther and artist & organizer Jenny Wright joined us to tell a little bit about the show-but not too much. Both were very tight-lipped about the details...we do know the show opens this Thursday, 8/25 and runs through Saturday, 10 am - 7pm each day, featuring work from over 100 artists. Last year, the Landfall Foundation distributed $400,000 to local health, art, and educational organizations in Wilmington plus scholarships for Landfall employees. The Art Show is one of the organization's big fundraisers to raise the money they distribute.
