A new nonprofit art association is in the Port City this year. The Women's Art Guild of Wilmington, or WAG, was formed by Zero Hartline, Director, and Shanda West, President. The group is holding its first exhibit July 7-10 at Mayfaire (near Belk on Inspiration Drive): An Homage to the Women of Wilmington. Thirty-four artists have contributed about 140 pieces in various media. The Opening Reception is Thursday, 7/7 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Listen to Zero and Shanda discuss the Guild and the exhibit above.
