Everybody Knows runs from Monday, March 25 thru Wednesday, March 27. It screens Monday to Wednesday at 7pm with an additional screening on Wednesday at 4pm in Thalian Hall’s Main Theatre.
Laura (Penelope Cruz), a Spanish woman living in Buenos Aires, travels to her small home town outside Madrid, Spain for her sister's wedding, bringing her two children along for the occasion. Amid the joyful reunion and festivities, the eldest daughter is abducted. In the tense days that follow, various family and community tensions surface and deeply hidden secrets are revealed. This psychological thriller also features a great performance by Javier Bardem.
