Wilmington, NC – Wilmington's Acme Art Studios has put a call out for any kind of art having to do with puppets. The show will be part of a Southeast regional puppet festival.
Michelle Connolly of Acme Art Studios says puppets are something everyone can relate to, "As a child, I had puppets that were given to me to play with. You know, even the story of Pinocchio, I think everyone has that exposure to the world of puppets. So I think it's a great subject to work with."
Submissions for the puppet art show are due June 16th. Chosen pieces will display at Acme Art Studios during the puppet festival in July.
