The Wilmington Choral Society 75th Anniversary Holiday Concert
The Wilmington Choral Society, proudly Wilmington’s oldest community choral ensemble since its founding in 1950, invites you to celebrate 75 Years of Song this holiday season at The Wilson Center on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 7:00 pm.
For three-quarters of a century, our 90 plus singers have enriched our community with awe-inspiring voices and meaningful repertoire—from sacred classics to holiday favorites and everything in between. This milestone concert is your chance to experience music that has shaped local culture across generations—seasonal joy, spiritual richness, and festive sparkle all in one unforgettable evening.
Prepare for a musical journey through time and tradition, featuring beloved titles like Irving Berlin’s "Christmas", Baby It's Cold Outside, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Ose Shalom, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, the iconic Hallelujah Chorus and more mixing sacred and secular, nostalgic and fresh, with something to delight every listener. This will truly be the holiday event of the season, a perfect blend of warmth, grandeur, and community spirit.
Whether you’re a longtime patron or new to our chorus, join us for a magical night of song and celebration—you don’t want to miss this milestone event!
