Theatre for All presents "The First Day of Spring," an original production first performed in 2022 and nominated for "Best Original Play" by the Wilmington Theatre Awards.

All of the characters in the show are animals living in a forest on the first day of spring. Themes include the limits of loyalty, diverse points of view, kindness, and courage. Special guests include the Wilmington Symphony Youth Orchestra and original music by the Ugly Bug Band.

Like all Theatre for All plays, The First Day of Spring is performed by adult Wilmington actors with disabilities and is geared toward audiences of all ages.
