Rooted in Hope: A Conference on Foster Care & Adoption
Introducing the Rooted in Hope Conference: A Groundbreaking Event for Foster Care and Adoption in the Cape Fear Region
The inaugural Rooted in Hope Conference is set to take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at The Bridge Church. This event is designed to bring together foster parents, adoptive parents, social workers, Guardian ad Litems, advocates, and anyone passionate about supporting foster and adoptive families. Our goal is to make this a yearly event, offering encouragement and practical support to all who are involved in the foster care and adoption community.
We are honored to welcome Jason Johnson as our keynote speaker. Jason, a renowned writer and speaker, currently serves as the National Director of The Pure Religion Project with Christian Alliance for Orphans. With 14 years of church staff ministry and a personal journey through foster care with his family, Jason brings a wealth of experience and insight. His work, including four books and a popular blog, is dedicated to empowering families and leaders in the foster care and adoption spheres. For more information about Jason, visit www.jasonjohnsonblog.com.
The conference will feature a day filled with inspiring and equipping content, including a dynamic Q&A panel. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights and connect with others committed to supporting children and families in need.
