Hosted by the New Hanover Tenants Union, this clinic is all about building the power we need to fight back against unsafe, unfair, and unaffordable housing conditions. Together, we'll learn and discuss:

-The tenant rights we already have — and how landlords rely on us not knowing them
- Real-world tactics to enforce those rights, push back effectively, and protect each other
- How to organize collectively to win new protections and build tenant power across Wilmington

Whether you're facing a housing issue right now or just want to get prepared, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to fight alone. All renters and community members are welcome.
