On Friday, May 23rd at 6:00 pm in CFCC Union Station Auditorium, a free concert of music by local composers will be presented, featuring Barbara Gallagher, Julia Walker Jewell, and Algernon Robinson, performed by Mary Gheen; Carter Jewell Hammerski, Annie and Isabelle Jewell (pictured); Roy Robuck; Rebecka Rose; Helena Spencer; and Laura York. Part of the "ComposerWorks" concert series, the program is expected to last around 45 minutes and is close to the Fourth Friday Gallery Walk venues, thus making a melodious musical "prelude" to the visual art offerings by local artists in downtown Wilmington.
