Guardian ad Litemsfrom New Hanover and Pender Counties, Lynne Fender and Patrick Murphy, joined us in the studio to talk about the work of Guardians-and the great need for more volunteers in our region.
Guardians act as courtroom representatives for children who are victims of abuse or neglect. Many of these children are in the system without an advocate.
