Meet sisters Holly Bullard and Meade Van Pelt of The Ministering Circle - a non-profit, nondenominational organization that supports health care projects and scholarships in Wilmington. The group, founded in 1888, holds its annual Gourmet Sale of specialty foods, main dishes, baked goods, relishes and pickles made by all 50 women.
