CALLING ALL ACTORS, AUDITIONS FOR A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS
Brunswick Arts Council is holding auditions for A Charlie Brown Christmas, a half-Hour musical based on the TV special. It's part of a holiday celebration in various parts of the community. Auditions are at Ocean View Methodist Church, 8400 E. Oak Island Drive, Oak Island, Sunday, October 20, 2:30-4pm, and Monday, October 21, 5:30-7pm. Cold readings from the script, and a song. Actors can bring music or sing a provided familiar song. The show features 10 of the Peanuts characters. Performances are Saturdays, December 7 in Shallotte, the 14th in Southport, and Wednesday the 18th in Leland. Rosina Whitfield is directing.
