Bottega Live - October 2019
October’s Bottega Live features features three artists. The Caroliners, stories with Fudge Willi, and also Alex Lohr. WHQR's Bottega Live airs each month in conjunction with Wilmington’s Fourth Friday Gallery Walk.
Formed in the summer of 2018 in Wilmington, NC, The Caroliners have thrust themselves into the music scene with a sound similar to that of southern rock and folk-rock bands of the 1960s and 70s. The songwriting of Mark Jackson blends seamlessly with the talents of Matt Rushin (Lead Guitar), Sean Potter (Drums & Percussion), Joel Lamb (Keys), and Tyler Fulton (Bass). After the release of their EP “Blue Ridge Beauty” in March 2019, the group has been touring throughout the Southeast.
