Backyard Housing Workshop
This workshop is for people interested in alleviating our housing crisis by creating affordable backyard housing. Often called granny cottages, in-law apartments, or ADUs, backyard housing is an effective way to increase the supply of affordable housing in our community without additional infrastructure or changes to traffic. Roger Gins of Backyard Housing Group will help you discover what's possible on your property, and Tanita Wallace will be present to answer questions about the City of Wilmington's affordable rental loan program.
