There is much to be thankful for, especially this time of year, and sometimes we need to realize that we should be thankful for things even if they do not go our way, for it might just work out for the better.
Commentator Shane Fernando sends his thoughts and prayers to all who were affected by the 2004 tsunami. Shane lives with his partner in historic downtown Wilmington and is curator of the Boseman Gallery at UNCW.
