Ariel Schmidtke brings an unusual twist to what is commonly called "circus" with a one-time only, one-woman show, A Length of Rope. There are no animals or clowns with red noses; instead, Schmidtke offers "contemporary circus," a story-driven performance between a piece of rope, a trapeze, and shadow puppetry.
Schmidtke will use her acrobatic and aerialist skills on the stage at Theatre Now (10th & Dock Streets) on Tuesday, May 31st at 8:00 pm. Listen to Ariel discuss the show above.
