Good morning. I'm Rachel Martin. A year or so ago, we told you about the realization that the road signs for the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge in New York were missing double Z's. The misspelling has been there for more than 50 years, since the bridge was built. It was named after the Italian explorer who discovered New York Harbor in 1524. Now New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has signed a bill to finally get the signs fixed. Giovanni da Verrazzano - two Z's, if you please - can now rest in peace. It's MORNING EDITION.
