Penni Cargioli

Penelope (Penni) Sullivan Cargioli has been a resident of Wilmington since October of 2014.  Prior to moving to the area, she lived in upstate New York for 45 years, in the Albany area and the Adirondacks.

Penni was the manager of  Dental Offices, LLP, in Schenectady, New York, for 36 years, retiring in 2007.  She was an active volunteer and board member of the Friends of the Library, Chestertown, NY, serving as the treasurer from 2009 to 2014.   She started and chaired the Farmers Market Book Sales committee for the library, and worked on various other committees and fundraisers.

Penni also was active with the Tri-Lakes Business Alliance in Chestertown, NY, serving as treasurer for two years before moving, and on various committees including the Wine Tasting Fundraiser and Performing Arts Committee.   Other volunteer work included chairing the Finance Committee for St. Isaac Jogues Church in Chestertown and as a member of the Warren County Democratic Committee.

Penni and her husband, Joe, have a son who lives in Wilmington and a son and daughter-in-law in Pittsburgh.c
