Wilmington, NC, March 17 – Any new performance hall for the Wilmington area is still years in the future. But Webb Management Services' feasibility study does give the region some sense of what it would take to become a reality. Duncan Webb is the president of Webb Management Services, which studied the feasibility of a performance hall in New Hanover County.
Support for local arts and cultural programming comes from WHQR members, and Landfall Foundation, an organization of residents who support projects enhancing health, education and the arts in New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender Counties.
