03-16-11 – The North Carolina NAACP is questioning Brunswick County's use of minority-owned businesses for county contracts. NAACP officials say there's a disparity in participation, especially for projects involving federal stimulus funds. County officials say they have not violated any rules for recruiting minority businesses.
