Here at WHQR, our Summer Drive is sounding very different – that’s because it is the Summer Stealth Drive and it's going on right now!
We’re trying to meet our summer goal of $70,000 without interrupting programing. It seems like a crazy idea, but your donation will make it possible. For the past three summers your gifts have allowed WHQR to completely cancel the on-air pledge drive.
Why do we do this? Because we love the programming just like you do, and we want to be able to bring it to you in its entirety, without interruptions! Make your gifttoday and help us meet our goal and we won't have to begin a traditional pledge drive on Monday. This is the fundraiser. It’s time to give.
We have some fantastic giveaways scheduled from the end of June through early July. We’ll be giving away a $500 Gift Certificate to Art in Bloom Gallery, a $500 gift card to Pomegranate Books, a $500 GC to Protocol, $500 GC to EDA Surf Art, and an HD Radio and Smart Speaker Bundle for Your Home (includes an Amazon Echo and three Amazon Dots).
