Farmers Reflect On Drought

The nation's farmers are especially hard hit by this summer's record heat. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack declared nearly 1,700 counties disaster areas this week. Some farmers offer their insight on how they are faring in the drought and under the farm bill.
