Artists Candy Pegramand Kirah Van Sickle are opening Insider/Outsider: Art Two Ways in WHQR's MC Erny Gallery on Friday, 8/26 as a part of 4th Friday Gallery Walk. These 2 very different artists decided to have an inspiration for each piece of art in the exhibit and each make a piece based on that inspiration. For instance, in the above photo, the inspiration is "The most memorable days usually end up with the dirtiest clothes." As you can see, Pegram and Van Sickle had similar visions for their pieces, but each approached the subject with a different aesthetic.
