Cinematique Presents "The End of the Tour"

Monday-Friday, September 14-18, 7 pm

Wednesday, September 16, 4 pm

The Ruth & Bucky Stein Theatre

The End of the Tour tells the story of the five-day interview between Rolling Stone reporter and novelist David Lipsky (Jesse Eisenberg) and acclaimed novelist David Foster Wallace (Jason Segel), which took place right after the 1996 publication of Wallace's groundbreaking epic novel, Infinite Jest. Brilliantly performed and smartly unconventional, The End of the Tour pays fitting tribute to a singular talent while offering profoundly poignant observations on the human condition. (Rated R, 1 hour 45 minutes)

"Made with love and skill, the movie deserves to be seen."- Ty Burr, Boston Globe

"This is a peel-back-the-layers drama that addresses the perplexing themes of Infinite Jest which apply to us all. What The End of the Tour focuses on is truly an axiom for our times." Randy Myers, San Jose Mercury News
