Carolina Beach Residents Bank Utility Credit

Wilmington, NC – Some Carolina Beach residents can expect to see a credit on their utility bills.

Town officials say they were supposed to charge residents a $4.00 utility fee. But from August to December last year residents were charged an $8.00 fee.

The town calls the overcharge a clerical error and says the refund will show up as credit on future utility bills.
