Call for WHQR Front Desk Volunteers

Looking for a great volunteer opportunity?

WHQR needs your help! We are looking for volunteers to join our fun and friendly Volunteer Front Desk staff. Working at the Front Desk is an easy and great way to meet other Public Radio fans and hang with our WHQR staff.

We ask for a weekly commitment of two to three hours, depending on the shift. Currently, we have openings for:  Tuesdays, 9am - 12pm, Thursdays, 9am - 12pm

To sign up for a Front Desk volunteer shift, email Katelyn Freund at webservices@whqr.org. Please include your schedule and/or availability.

Shifts fill up quickly so please contact us as soon as you are able. We're looking forward to hearing from you!
